Is there a private hot tub?
Lincoln has access to the seasonal shared resort hot tub. The cabin does not list a private hot tub.
Does the cabin require stairs?
Yes. The listing identifies stairs and says the cabin is not wheelchair accessible. Ask M&M about specific access needs before booking.
When are the resort pool and community hot tub open?
The seasonal resort saltwater pool and community hot tub are listed as open Memorial Day through Labor Day. They are shared resort amenities.
Are pets or events allowed?
Pets, events and smoking are not allowed under the resort rules. The primary renter must be at least 24.
What is included with lake access?
The resort fee includes the swim dock for fishing and swimming, kayaks available for checkout at the dock, walking trails, fire pits, charcoal grills and a boat ramp. Contact M&M about boat slips, trailer parking and current kayak arrangements.
