Three king bedrooms and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk. Two Jack-and-Jill bathrooms serve the lower-level bedrooms.
How many bathrooms are there?
Three full bathrooms and one half bath. Two full bathrooms are shared Jack-and-Jill bathrooms on the lower level.
Is the hot tub private?
Yes. Washington has its own private hot tub, separate from the seasonal community hot tub.
Does the home require stairs?
Yes. The listing identifies stairs and says the home is not wheelchair accessible. Contact M&M about specific mobility needs before booking. The garage is not available to guests.
When are the resort pool and community hot tub open?
The seasonal resort saltwater pool and community hot tub are listed as open Memorial Day through Labor Day. They are shared resort amenities.
Are pets or events allowed?
Pets, events and smoking are not allowed under the resort rules. The primary renter must be at least 24.
What is included with lake access?
The resort fee includes the swim dock for fishing and swimming, kayaks available for checkout at the dock, walking trails, fire pits, charcoal grills and a boat ramp. Contact M&M about boat slips, trailer parking and current kayak arrangements.

Reserve a pontoon or WaveRunner at Indian Point Marina, pack a picnic and make the water the day’s main event. Come home for showers, grilling and a quiet evening.

Silver Dollar City by day, family time by night
